Chile Transparente - Transparent Chile

The Chilean chapter of Transparency International, Transparent Chile, was formed in 1998 and was established as a nonprofit organization in 2002. Its objective is to combat corruption in a comprehensive way, raising awareness about the benefits of transparency in public and private organizations, and disseminating knowledge about the economic and social costs incurred by corruption.

Ciudadano Inteligente - Intelligent Citizen

The Intelligent Citizen Foundation is a nonprofit organization that promotes active and responsible citizen participation by way of new technologies and access to information. Its objective is to reduce the asymmetries of information that separate citizens from politics, the market and other social spaces - a condition that is necessary for the citizen’s complete participation. New technologies are a fundamental tool with which to organize and disseminate information and to create concrete spaces for action and accountability by citizens through the Internet.

Fundación Pro Acceso – Pro Access Foundation

The Pro Access Foundation was formed as a nonprofit foundation in July 2004, by a group of people from diverse disciplines who were looking to promote access to public information and to consolidate it as a fundamental human right by generating changes at a legal and cultural level. Since then, it has sought to guarantee citizens’ access to public information and promote it as a central tool in the development of public policy.
